Office Policy

Contact Lens Fitting:

Fittings are available within 90 days of a comprehensive exam. If a fitting is needed outside of this time frame, a new comprehensive exam will be required.

Fittings include a 60 day period for any necessary follow up appointments and contact lens trials free of charge. After 60 days a new fitting fee will be required. Trials that have not been picked-up will be returned to the manufacturer. 

 

Free contact lens trials are included in your fitting fee. This allows you to ensure you are happy with the lenses before purchasing. See our return policy for questions.

Finalized Prescriptions:

You will receive a copy of any and all finalized glasses and contact lens prescriptions at the completion/payment of your exam. You will be required to sign an acknowledgment that you have received these prescriptions.

Note: Contact lens prescriptions may require a follow up visit before they are finalized and available for you to order.

Prescription Lenses:

Our lab offers a one time lens re-make for any doctor prescribed change in prescription within 90 days of purchase. 

​

With the purchase of anti-glare coating, our lab offers a one time, within one year from date of purchase, scratch warranty.

Frame Warranty:

​Each frame manufacturer offers a 1 year warranty. This covers manufacturing defects only. ​​​​You will be required to bring your frame in for assessment in order to determine if the warranty will apply.
