Exchanges on non-prescription eyewear are accepted within 10 business days from the date of purchase. All eyewear must be unworn and returned in the same condition as purchased.

Credit Policy​

We do not offer refunds. Any accepted returns are for in-store credit only.

Non-Dispensed Spectacle Orders​

Orders that are not picked-up within 90 days of purchase will be disassembled and donated to charity. All payments will be forfeited to cover laboratory and material expenses.

You will receive a minimum of 3 attempts to notify you of your order. This includes utilizing the phone number and/or email you provided. You are responsible for contacting us to update your phone or email if there are changes.

Contact Lenses: ​​​

We do not offer refunds; however contacts may be exchanged only when the boxes are unopened, unmarked, undamaged, unexpired and were purchased from Eyes on the Lake. Orders not picked up within 90 days will be returned to the manufacturer.
